Defect Detection Method of Printed Circuit Boards Based on EDF-YOLOv10

This resource includes two parts: 1. The YOLO-format version of the PKU-Market-PCB dataset(converted from the original dataset format to adapt to EDF-YOLOv10 model training for PCB defect detection); 2. The custom data augmentation code developed for the experiments in our study. The original PKU-Market-PCB dataset is a public benchmark dataset for PCB defect detection, and the reference to the original dataset has been included in the associated manuscript.
