Ground motion records matched to target response spectra with different characteristic periods

This dataset contains the ground motion records used for the seismic response analysis. The records were selected from the PEER Ground Motion Database and matched to four target response spectra with characteristic periods of 0.25s, 0.45s, 0.65s, and 0.90s. The target spectra were determined according to JTG/T 2231-01—2020 Specifications for Seismic Design of Highway Bridges. Each record was scaled to a peak ground acceleration of 0.1g, and an additional 20s of free vibration was appended to capture the residual displacement. The dataset includes detailed ground motion information, scaled acceleration time histories, target spectra, and spectral matching results.
