<b>ODS2 - Dataset of smear microscopy images labelled to evaluate algorithms for bacilli detection</b>This dataset is composed of 4,920 extended depth focus (EDF) images.The EDF images resulted from the fusion of the stacks of DF images from the ODS1 dataset. It used the stacks of images from the slides 01 to 15.EDF images are 24 bits (true color images) and the dimension are 1388 × 1040 pixelsFor all 4,920 EDF images another image with the bacilli labelled was generated.ODS2 was generated to enable the training, validating, and testing of algorithms for bacilli detection.The folders are individually stored as tar.gz archives, for a total size of 16 GB.<b>ODS2：用于杆菌检测算法评估的标注涂片显微镜图像数据集</b> 本数据集包含4920张扩展景深（Extended Depth Focus, EDF）图像。此类EDF图像由ODS1数据集内的景深（Depth Focus, DF）图像栈融合生成，所用图像栈来自编号01至15的玻片。EDF图像为24位真彩色图像，分辨率为1388×1040像素。针对全部4920张EDF图像，均生成了一张带有杆菌标注的配套图像。构建ODS2数据集的目的是为杆菌检测算法的训练、验证与测试提供支撑。各文件夹均以tar.gz压缩包形式单独存储，总容量达16GB。
