Data S1 includes SIMS multiple sulfur isotope (33S, 34S, 36S) of pyrite, pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite from the Pontiac Subprovince metamorphic zones (biotite, garnet and staurolite). Data S2 includes LA-ICP-MS trace element analyses (including errors and detection limits) of pyrite and pyrrhotite from the Pontiac Subprovince (biotite, garnet, staurolite, sillimanite metamorphic zones).
