Demand for aggregated land values at transfer (DVF +)

This data set ‘Claims for land value’, published and produced by the Directorate-General for Public Finance, provides information on real estate transactions in the territory of Grand Poitiers over the last five years. The data contained are taken from notarial deeds and cadastral information. In accordance with Decree No 2018-1350 of 28 December 2018 on the publication in electronic form of information on land values declared on the occasion of property transfers, this DVF file is now available in open data.
