Identifying RRP1-bound RNA sequences in IL-1β stimulated BMDMs

How RRP1 control RNA processing and regulation in macrophage inflammation is important. Here is the screening for potential RRP1-bound RNA sequences using RIP-seq in bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs). To identify dynamically changed RNA sequences in IL-1β stimulated BMDMs that potentially bind to RRP1, RIP-seq analysis can be performed.
