The reference rating is the elevation of the water body modelled to the right of an existing project or construction. It is displayed in m NGF-IGN 69, i.e. in meter in the official leveling network in metropolitan France, which is attached to the Marseilles tidegrapher. Therefore, the reference rating does not correspond to a water level but to the altimetry of the water body. The water height is the difference between the reference and the altimeter dimensions of the natural terrain.参考高程基准指的是针对已建工程或建筑右侧区域建模所得水体的高程值。其单位采用NGF-IGN 69标准米，即法国本土官方水准测量网所使用的米制单位，该基准网依附于马赛验潮站。因此，参考高程基准并非对应水位，而是对应水体的高程测量结果。水面高度则为参考高程基准与自然地形测高值之间的差值。
