Corpus of International Political Speeches by Ukrainian State Actors (2021 - 2024)

This dataset contains a corpus of international political speeches by Ukrainian state representatives delivered between 2021 and 2024. The corpus includes speeches, statements, and media briefings by key Ukrainian actors engaged in international communication, including the Office of the President, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and Ukrainian diplomatic missions to the UN, UNESCO, NATO, OSCE, PACE and EU. The dataset was compiled as part of a doctoral research project examining international political communication and discourse during the period of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. It includes public speeches delivered in international organizations, diplomatic forums, and public addresses to foreign parliaments and international audiences. Documents are provided in their original formats (DOCX) and retain the original language of the source materials, predominantly Ukrainian. The dataset is accompanied by a metadata table containing document identifiers, titles, institutional affiliation of the speaker, year of publication, language, and source links. This corpus is intended for research in political communication, discourse analysis, international relations, and related fields.
