A group of bacteria and archaea samples from Qinghai is studied by molecular methods.They are tested by DNA metabarcoding technology.This research revealed part of the microbial diversity and ecology in the extreme environments in Qinghai province, providing data support to the local microbial resource development, ecological protection and astrobiology research.
