Mechanism of Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba extract against gastric cancer and promoting tumor associated macrophage polarization

Gastric cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related mortality. Natural products typically provide anti-cancer action by strengthening immunity. Rabdosiae Rubescentis Herba extract (DLC) induces tumor cell apoptosis, senescence, and autophagy, and is used to treat many cancers. However, whether DLC regulates tumor-associated macrophage (TAM) polarization is unknown.We aimed to elucidate the mechanisms of DLC activity in gastric cancer proliferation and macrophage polarization.
