Whole-genome analysis of Escherichia coli isolated from wild Amur tiger (Panthera tigris altaica) and North China leopard (Panthera pardus japonensis)

Whole genome sequencing data of 32 E. coli strains collected from the feces of wild Amur tiger (Panthera tigris altaica) and North China leopard (Panthera pardus japonensis) are analyzed in this paper. The multi-locus sequence types, serotypes, virulence and resistance genotypes, plasmid replicon types, core genomic SNPs phylogeny, and pan-genome of these isolates were studied.
