Base-Level Regional Delivery -Sustainable environment

This project will build on the successful delivery of on-ground environmental outcomes on public and private land across the Southern Tasmanian NRM region through partnerships with State and local government, community groups, industry, research and other organisations as well as the Indigenous community.
On-ground outcomes will be delivered through the following five activity areas:
• Integrated landscape scale recovery of threatened species, ecological communities and climate change and disease refugia
• Restoration of ecological function of key Ramsar sites and climate change retreat pathways
• Improving the health, resilience and connectivity of coasts and waterways
• Maintaining and enhancing the natural values of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area and reducing threats.
• Enhancing Indigenous engagement in NRM through enterprise development and building of knowledge & skills

本项目将以在塔斯马尼亚南部自然资源管理（Natural Resource Management, NRM）区域的公共与私有土地上已成功达成的实地环境成效为基础，通过与州及地方政府、社区团体、产业界、科研机构及其他组织，以及原住民社群的合作开展后续工作。
本项目将通过以下五大活动领域落地相关实地环境成效：
• 对受威胁物种、生态群落及气候变化与疫病避难所开展整合性景观尺度的恢复修复工作
• 修复关键拉姆萨尔（Ramsar）湿地公约名录位点的生态功能，并构建气候变化物种退缩通道
• 提升海岸与水系的健康水平、抗风险韧性及连通性
• 保护并提升塔斯马尼亚荒野世界遗产地的自然价值，同时削减各类威胁因素
• 通过产业发展与知识技能体系建设，强化原住民社群对自然资源管理（NRM）工作的参与程度
