Inflammation-associated miRNA–mRNA regulatory-network analysis of human tendinopathy using processed GSE150482 and GSE26051 transcriptomic resources
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the downstream analysis package generated for a hypothesis-driven original research article focused on inflammation-associated miRNA–mRNA regulatory networks in human tendinopathy. The package uses processed transcriptomic resources derived from GSE150482 single-cell tendon stem/progenitor cell data and GSE26051 bulk tendon transcriptomic data. The analysis identifies inflammatory, extracellular matrix-remodeling, mechanotransduction, macrophage-polarization-associated, and post-transcriptional regulatory axes relevant to human tendinopathy. The package includes R scripts, disease differential-expression outputs, inflammation–ECM–mechanotransduction correlation tables, multiMiR-derived miRNA–mRNA regulatory-network files, M1/M2 polarization-associated pathway-analysis outputs, main figures, supplementary figures, manuscript tables, Cytoscape-compatible network files, and analysis summary files. This record is distinct from the Scientific Data Data Descriptor resource. The earlier processed transcriptomic resource provides the analytical foundation, whereas the present Zenodo record contains newly generated downstream analyses, figures, tables, regulatory-network outputs, and manuscript-supporting files for a separate original research article intended for submission to the Journal of Inflammation Research.
