ESBL-Kp genomes from neonates

We investigated, using whole genome sequencing, three parallel ESBL-KP outbreaks in different neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) in close geographical proximity. In all three outbreaks, we found a dominant clone which spread among neonates, as well as satellite clones occurring sporadically.
