This series contains two reports created by the NSW Council of Education for reporting to the Governor on Public Schools. They include:The Progress Report of the Council of Education includes updates regarding the organisation of the Council of Education such as appointments to the Council, decisions on the staff, salary and examination standards.The Report on the Condition of Public Schools covers all NSW public schools and reports on buildings, teachers, inspections by the Public School Boards, student attendance, the condition of facilities, finances, and school requisites.The reports are printed booklets with a cover page, the report, and appendices.
