Thyroid hormone receptor beta (THRß1) is the major regulator of T3 action in human iPSC-derived hepatocytes

To investigate the role of THRß1 action in human iPSC-derived hepatocytes. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of WT and THRBKO human iPSCs-derived hepatocytes in presence and absence of T3.
