Gene expression profile at single cell level of sonic hedgehog subgroup (SHH) medulloblastoma (MB) tumors from Ptch1+/- mice irradiated at birth (Ptc)

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the transcriptomic diversity of the functionally distinct cell sub-populations of primary MB tumor cells obtained from a transgenic mouse model (Ptc). Live cells from 4 end-point tumors were analyzed using single-cell mRNA-seq using the 10x Genomics platform, as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
