Bunshi: Dataset for the Shielding study for the Hospital de Valdecilla in Santander, Spain

Datasets used for the study of the Hospital de Valdecilla in Santander, Spain. 20240304-humv-bunker-roots.tar.gz : The 1009 root files, each containing a normalized ambient dose histogram vector ($\eta^{\ast 1}(10)(\mathrm{EGRS}, E, \theta)$). Each vector corresponds to a specific EGRS, a clinically relevant beam energy—either proximal or distal, depending on whether the component is located in the accelerator or treatment room—and, where applicable, a gantry angle. contribution_*.pickle: Histograms with the annual contribution already summed up, split by particle component. The datasets were created using the Bunshi simulation and post-processing framework. A helper script `report_figures.py` is also provided to help in the data processing.
