Jub's Case Study: Cancer Mortality and Air Pollutants in Mexico data
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains data to reproduce the figures from the article's case study, "Turning Data into Insights in Jub, an Extensible Generic Big Data Platform for Life Science and Healthcare Applications." The available files are: Alcaldias_contaminantes_Anual_geo_limpio_86-22.csv: This dataset, sourced from Mexico City’s Automatic Atmospheric Monitoring Network (RAMA, by its acronym in Spanish), is used to analyze air pollution trends across municipalities by year (2004–2022). It contains temporal variables, spatial variables (municipalities), and interest variables representing air pollutants ($CO$, $NO$, $PMCO$, $SO_2$, $PM_{2.5}$, $O_3$, $NO_x$, $PM_{10}$, and $NO_2$), with emissions measured in $\mu g/m^3$. deaths_registry.rar: This dataset is derived from Mexico's General Directorate of Health Information's death registry (DGIS, by its Spanish acronym). It includes temporal variables (2000–2023), spatial variables (states and municipalities), and interest variables (death types classified under the International Classification of Diseases - ICD-10, sex, and age). required_files.rar: Set of catalogs and auxiliary files to generate the figures for the case study.
