Cells were treated with 25 µM of amitriptyline, clomipramine, fluvoxamine, duloxetine, diazepam, haloperidol, trihexyphenidyl or diphenhydramine for 24 h, and the FGF-2 mRNA expression was analyzed by real time PCR.
