资源简介:

This dataset contains EWAS results for the following study: "Epigenome-wide analysis identifies DNA methylation mediators of treatment-related cardiometabolic risk in survivors of childhood cancer" Authors:Tiffany Eulalio, Yoonji Kim, Xiaoxi Meng, Noel-Marie Plonski, Kyla Shelton, Heather Mulder, Emily Plyler, John Easton, Xiang Chen, Jinghui Zhang, Emily Walker, Geoffrey Neale, Min Ni, John T. Lucas Jr., Nilanjan Chatterjee, Ziqiao Wang, Deokumar Srivastava, Bonnie Ky, Stephanie B. Dixon, Kirsten K. Ness, Melissa M. Hudson, Gregory T. Armstrong, and Zhaoming Wang. Dataset Contents The dataset includes EWAS summary statistics for DNA methylation measured in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from childhood cancer survivors enrolled in the St. Jude Lifetime Cohort (SJLIFE). Results are organized by cardiometabolic risk factor (CMRF), including obesity, abnormal glucose, hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolemia, and hypertension. All EWAS analyses were conducted using prevalent case definitions of CMRFs, as described in the associated manuscript. For each CpG–CMRF association, the dataset provides effect estimates, standard errors, test statistics, and p-values derived from logistic regression models. Intended Use These summary statistics are intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analyses, including cross-study comparisons, enrichment analyses, and integration with external epigenomic or genetic resources. Individual-level participant data are not included. Data Access and Ethics The dataset contains only de-identified, aggregate-level summary statistics and does not include any individual-level clinical or molecular data. Use of these data is subject to the terms described in the associated publication and relevant data use agreements governing the SJLIFE cohort. Corresponding Author Zhaoming Wang, PhDHealth Informatics Institute, Morsani College of Medicine &Bellini College of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and ComputingUniversity of South Florida, Tampa, FL, USAEmail: zhaomingwang@usf.edu Notes Results from sensitivity analyses (e.g., incident-only outcomes and alternative model specifications) are not included in this dataset but are described in the manuscript and Supplementary Information.
