收藏资源简介:
Data associated to manuscript by López-Rojo et al., : Alternating drying and flowing phases control stream metabolism through short- and long-term effects: insights from a river network File includes the following columns: Date siteID flow regime (Regime, PR: perennial or NPR: non-perennial) of each siteID daily estimations of river ecosystem respiration (ER_daily_mean, gO2 m-2 d-1) daily estimations of river gross primary production (GPP_daily_mean, gO2 m-2 d-1) daily estimations of k600 (d-1) mean daily light (μmol m-2 s-1) daily river discharge (Q, m3 s-1) ER, GPP and k600 estimatioms were obtained from time series of dissolved oxygen data (and ancillary variables as atmospheric pressure, light, water depth) by inverse Bayesian modeling using the streamMetabolizer R package. All methodological details can be found in the supporting material of López-Rojo et al., 2025
