Ballarat 2012 Local Government Area Profiles

The Local Government Area profiles are produced annually, from data providedby a range of sources. The profiles currently include around 140 indicatorsrelating to population, socio-demographics, health status and healthutilisation. Each indicator is provided as a rate for the LGA, and a rankingof the LGA against all 79 LGAs for that indicator. The LGA profiles alsoinclude definitions for each data item, with a description, data source andcurrency.

地方政府区域（Local Government Area，以下简称LGA）概况报告每年均依托多源数据编制完成。当前该报告涵盖约140项指标，涉及人口、社会人口学特征、健康状况与医疗服务利用情况。每项指标均以对应LGA的比率形式呈现，并给出该LGA在全部79个LGA中针对该项指标的排名。此外，LGA概况报告还为每一项数据条目提供完整定义，包含指标说明、数据来源及数据时效性。
