Cassiopea xamachana (Cnidaria:Scyphozoa) settlement and Metamorphosis Inducing Bacteria

We sequenced the genomes of bacteria isolated from mangrove leaves to investigate genes that may play a role in induction of settlement and metamorphosis of the upside-down jellyfish.
