Raw data of sperm quality and NMR-detected levels of metabolites in turkey sperm cryopreservation at two different ages

Here we report raw data consisting of sperm quality parameters (sperm motility, viability and osmotic tolerance) and NMR-detected levels of metabolites (water and lipid-soluble constituents) measured in both fresh and cryopreserved turkey sperm collected at 44 and 56 weeks of male age.本研究报道了一套原始数据集，涵盖精子质量参数（精子活力、活率及渗透耐受性），以及经核磁共振（NMR）检测得到的代谢物（水溶性与脂溶性成分）水平；该数据采集自44周龄与56周龄公火鸡的新鲜精液及冷冻保存精液样本。
