The generator of a public utility easement is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, by regulation, constraints on the way the land is occupied on the surrounding land.The disappearance or destruction on the site of the generator does not result in the removal of the easement(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or repeal by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question.公共地役权（public utility easement）的供役主体是一类地理实体，其性质或功能会通过监管规定对周边土地的使用方式施加约束。该供役主体在其所在场地的灭失或毁损，并不会导致与之相关的地役权归于消灭。唯有主管当局作出新的撤销或废止行为，方可从法律上消除前述地役权的效力。
