Six healthy calves were studied, 3 treated with florfenicol and 3 untreated controls. Faeces was collected at treatment (T0) and 3 days (T3) and 7 days (T7) post-treatment. Gut microbiota were assayed by sequencing the V3-V4 hypervarable regions of the 16S small subunit ribosomal RNA gene.
