Flex-E is a publicly available IRVE network deployed and operated by IZIVIA. The charging points are accessible with an IZIVIA pass, a smartphone, via the IZIVIA app or by flashing the QR Code displayed on the terminal, the passes of the operators having signed the Gireve roaming agreement with the FR*E04 network. The charging points are visible on the IZIVIA cards (website and application) and on the cards of the operators who have signed the Gireve roaming agreement with the FR*E04 network.
