该数据资源为湖南省自然资源主管部门在履行测绘地理信息公共服务过程中产生，用栅格数据形式存储的、具有正射投影性质，可应用于土地利用、城市规划、地形图修测、三维景观模型制作、地物要素采集等方面.
This dataset is generated by the natural resources authority of Hunan Province during the provision of surveying, mapping and geographic information public services. Stored in raster data format and featuring orthographic projection properties, it can be applied to land use, urban planning, topographic map revision, 3D landscape model construction, ground feature element collection and other related fields.
