A Report on the Buddha's Observation of Impermanence and Its Mapping to Envelope Surface Physics

Modern physics defines the electron as a point particle — no internal structure, no variation, no size. This definition is not the result of observation, but an imposition made to make the electron a "universal ruler." This paper points out that this imposition precisely violates the Buddha's observation that "form, sensation, perception, mental formations, and consciousness are impermanent" — it compresses the dynamic existence of the electron into a static, fixed concept, and then declares this to be truth. Starting from the envelope surface framework, this paper reveals that the electron has a complex internal breathing structure and multi-segmented velocity variation, showing that the electron is not a "point" but an "envelope surface" — a dynamic, breathing, internally structured perceptual interface. The stability of the electron is the result of averaging, not an intrinsic property. The Buddha's observation and envelope surface physics point to the same fact: everything treated as a "constant" is a conditionally manifested reading, not an eternal and unchanging entity.
