This dataset, the creation of which is provided for in Article L3123-19-2-1 of the Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales (CGCT), presents “all indemnities of any kind, denominated in euros, from which elected officials serving on the departmental council are entitled under any mandate and functions exercised within them and within any trade union within the meaning of Books VII and VIII of Part Five [of the CGCT] or any company mentioned in Book V of Part One [of the CGCT] or subsidiary of one of these companies”. The data cover the annual amounts 2022 in EURuros.
