Gene expression profile at single cell level of human Caco2 (hCaco2) cells expressing mouse CD300lf (mCD300lf) infected with murine norovirus (MNV)

mCD300lf-hCaco2 cells infected with MNV were composed of multiple cell clusters with varying levels of viral RNA content. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) to analyze the diversity of mCD300lf-hCaco2 cells. Overall design: mCD300lf-hCaco2 cells were infected with mock or MNV at MOI 5 for 0 hour, 4 hours, 8 hours or 12 hours and analyzed using scRNAseq.
