Push to Kafka - Connector

The Push to Kafka Connector uses [Ockam](https://ockam.io/) to securely push a stream of changes from a Snowflake table or view to a Kafka topic in a private Kafka cluster. It creates private point-to-point connections between your private Kafka brokers and your Snowflake. This Change Data Capture (CDC) allows you to securely share insights from Snowflake with your other business apps. You can also use streams of changes arriving in your Kafka to support a reverse ETL process.

Unlike PrivateLink, Ockam connectors can be setup and securely connecting your private systems within minutes. You also receive the additional benefit that your connection is not only private - it is also mutually authenticated and end-to-end encrypted, with encryption keys that are automatically and regularly rotated. Available to customers on all Snowflake Editions.
