Full data for identified metabolites in wild-type and amphotericin B-resistant Leishmania mexicana parasites.

Metabolites were identified and filtered as described in Materials &amp; Methods. Confidence of identification is represented by Metabolomics Standards Initiative (MSI) level, with level two being identification by match to mass-to-charge (<i>m/z</i>) ratio alone, level one to <i>m/z</i> in addition to retention time match to an authentic standard. Metabolite category was annotated using the IDEOM pipeline. Metabolite intensities for individual replicates and mean values are shown, along with fold-changes compared to wild-type (red represents an increase, blue a decrease, yellow no change). Raw p-values are from ANOVA analysis of log-transformed intensities, q-values from Benjamini-Hochberg adjustment of these, and p-values for each line from Tukey’s Honest Significant Difference <i>post hoc</i> comparison to wild-type.
