volumetric units

Building management. It is the elementary portion of building with a homogeneous height (within the acquisition tolerance), with ground base. The volumetric unit is also present in the case of the porch, while the adjective bodies are not part of this class, for which a specific class is used. Portions of building with different height and cover give rise to different volumetric units, even when they are included within a larger volumetric cover (e.g. attic or pocket terraces).建筑单体管理类：本类为高度统一（处于采集容差范围内）且带有地面基座的建筑基础组成部分。门廊场景下同样可构成此类体块单元，而附属建筑体块不属于本类，需归入专用类别。高度与顶盖形式存在差异的建筑部分，即便被包含在同一更大的体块顶盖之下（例如阁楼或凹入式露台），也需划分为独立的体块单元。
