Systemische Beratung bei Dissozialität, Delinquenz und Gewalt Systemic Consultation in Problem Systems involving Adolescent Acting-Out-Behavior, Delinquency and Violence

Der Artikel gibt einen Überblick über charakteristische Problemprozesse in sozialen Systemen und um Jugenddissozialität, - delinquenz und -gewalt. Als Konsequenz daraus wird ein Multi-System-Ansatz systemischer Beratung entwickelt, ln dessen Mittelpunkt stehen Auftrags- und Ressourcenklärung, die Entwicklung neuer und ungewöhnlicher Kooperationen, ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Mißtrauen und Chaos und ein qualifiziertes lnfragestellen der eigenen Tätigkeit. Am Ende wird die Frage aufgeworfen, ob und wie Pädagogen, Mediziner und Psychologen sich in medien-, arbeits- und sozialpolitische Entscheidungen, die ihre Klientel betreffen, aktiv einmischen könnten. The article summarizes characteristic interactive patterns in social systems concerned with acting-out, deliquent and violent behavior in adolescents. As a consequence, it develops a multi systems consultation approach. Core features of such an approach are the clarification of service demands and of available ressources, the development of new and sometimes unusual cooperations, positive connotation of distrust and chaos, and an intelligent questioning of the usefulness of ones owen professional activities. At the end the question is raised, whether and in wich ways educators, physicians and psychologists could involve themselves in political decision processes about media, work and welfare legislation, which influence their adolescent clients life situation. unknown unknown
