Rehan Najima Vortex Law: A Universal Space–Time Fluid Hypothesis for Charge, Gravity, and a 558 MeV Planck-Time Threshold

This work proposes the Rehan Najima Vortex Law, a hypothesis in which electric charge is interpreted as a stable vortex structure in an effective space–time fluid. In this framework, gravity corresponds to large-scale linear flow, while electromagnetic effects arise from rotational (swirl) modes of the vacuum fluid. A universal phase-transition threshold is postulated at approximately 558 MeV, interpreted as a Planck-time–triggered instability of charge-vortex stability under vacuum regularization. The hypothesis is presented with core postulates, an effective mathematical formulation, and testable phenomenological predictions for accelerator-based experiments.
