Reproduction Package for the Systematic Literature Review on Onboarding in Software Engineering

This repository provides the complete reproduction package for a systematic literature review (SLR) on onboarding in Software Engineering. The package includes all artifacts related to the planning, study selection, quality assessment, data extraction, and analysis phases of the review. It is structured to ensure transparency and reproducibility of the research process. The contents are organized into four main stages: - Planning: search strategy, Quasi-Gold Standard (QGS), and inter-rater agreement (Kappa)- Selection: application of inclusion and exclusion criteria and snowballing- Quality and Extraction: quality assessment and data extraction forms- Results: processed datasets, analysis scripts, and generated figures All scripts are implemented in R and can be executed to reproduce the analyses and visualizations reported in the paper. This package follows established guidelines for systematic literature reviews in Software Engineering and aims to support reproducibility and reuse by other researchers.
