Gene expression of sculpted DNA architecture in human cells. Homo sapiens

The goal of this project is to expand upon our previous study of analyzing the transcription capability and efficiency of sculpted DNA architecture, constructed by DNA origami method, in vitro by analyzing the gene expression capability of such sculpted DNA architectures in human cell in cultured system, in addition to investigation of several parameters that could potentialy affect the gene expression efficiencies.
