Lake Revelstoke at Martha Creek

The Columbia Shsuswap Invasive Species Society (CSISS) collects plankton samples for several waterbodies in the Northern Columbia Basin which are tested for the presence of larval stages of invasive mussels and clams. Along with the plankton samples, ancillary data including surface pH, surface temperature and Secchi depth are measured. Data is collected from July to September, either every 2 weeks or every month (depending on the waterbody’s risk of infestation).哥伦比亚舒斯瓦普入侵物种协会（Columbia Shsuswap Invasive Species Society, CSISS）针对哥伦比亚盆地北部的多处水体采集浮游生物样本，并对样本开展入侵性贻贝与蛤蜊幼体的存在性检测。该协会在采集浮游生物样本的同时，还测量了包括表层pH值、表层水温和塞氏深度（Secchi depth）在内的辅助数据。数据采集周期为每年7月至9月，采样频率为每两周或每月一次，具体依据对应水体的入侵虫害风险等级确定。
