DC-T Cell Immunity

Understanding and harnessing intratumoral DC-T cell dynamics and provide new therapeutics for improving treatment outcomes. To investigate the influence of radiotherapy-activated prodrug treatment (namely X-Ray+O-IMDQ) to tumor infiltrated DCs and T cells, MC38 tumor-bearing mice were treated with or without radiotherapy-activated prodrug, then DCs and TILs were isolated 72 h after the second treatment. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of DC and T cells at control and radiotherapy-activated prodrug treatment group.
