Staphylococcus haemolyticus strain AIL_BAU_sh26 (AMRFinderPlus: mecA, blaZ/I/R1, mph(C), msr(A); PlasmidFinder: rep5e) was isolated from circulating banknotes in Mymensingh City Corporation, Mymensingh Division, Bangladesh. Illumina NextSeq 500 WGS (56.25x coverage; SPAdes assembly: 2,482,851 bp, 79 contigs, 32.6% GC). Raw reads enable AMR surveillance, comparative genomics of environmental CoNS, and fomite pathogen persistence studies.
