Transcriptome analysis of neuronal cells infected with tick-borne encephalitis virus reveals strong induction of host response-associated genes that exclude type I and II IFNs

Here we describe the host response to TBEV infection as well as IFN-ß treatment in human DAOY medulloblastoma cells. Thus, these data can serve as a base for further studies of host-TBEV interactions and identification of ISGs and/or lncRNAs with potent antiviral effect in case of TBEV infection in human neuronal cells.
