Vegetable Index (NDVI) of Andalusia, 1997 (NOAA AVHRR)

Images of the NOAA satellite (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) captured by the AVHRR (Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer) sensor that have been calculated the NDVI- Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), which based on the contrast between the red and near infrared bands of the spectrum, highlights the vegetation coverage and its vigor over extensive areas. It consists of 84 images from 1997 with a spectral resolution of 1 band and a spatial resolution of 1 100 m.本数据集包含由先进甚高分辨率辐射计（Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer, AVHRR）传感器获取的美国国家海洋和大气管理局（National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA）卫星影像，已计算得到归一化植被指数（Normalised Difference Vegetation Index, NDVI）。该指数基于光谱红波段与近红外波段的对比度，可清晰凸显大范围区域内的植被覆盖状况及其生长活力。数据集包含1997年采集的84张影像，光谱分辨率为单波段，空间分辨率为1100米。
