Data for: Application of a SWAT Model for Supporting a Ridge-to-Reef Framework in the Pago Watershed in Guam

This study implemented experimental and numerical approaches for supporting the Pago Bay ridge-to-reef management program. Water quality tests for turbidity and inorganic dissolved nitrogen (IDN) were performed using water samples collected from four sites within the Pago Watershed. Water sampling has been conducted two times per week for a 9-week period (June 9, 2021–August 4, 2021). The additional sampling is performed to investigate storm implications on water quality by comparing water quality data from before and after storms. Historical daily precipitation, temperature, and discharge data were used for developing a SWAT model.本研究采用实验与数值模拟结合的方法，为帕戈湾（Pago Bay）山脊-珊瑚礁（ridge-to-reef）管理计划提供支撑。针对浊度与溶解性无机氮（inorganic dissolved nitrogen, IDN）的水质检测，使用了从帕戈流域（Pago Watershed）内4个采样点位采集的水样。本次采样周期为9周（2021年6月9日至2021年8月4日），采样频率为每周2次。为探究风暴对水质的影响，研究额外开展了采样工作，通过对比风暴前后的水质数据开展相关分析。本研究还利用历史逐日降水、气温与径流数据，构建了SWAT模型（Soil and Water Assessment Tool）。
