Consumer Assessment Dataset

This dataset contains the data of seven consumer surveys conducted in the framework of the Co-Fresh. The survey was designed as an online experiment with varying information on the project-related value chains and innovations. It contains an overview of variables, including a list of measured constructs, specific item texts, and response scales. All variables included were measured in all of the seven surveys. The specific data for the survey are each depicted in a separate table
