Windowing correlations

Correlations between reactivity profiles of MS2 RNA which has undergone X-ray footprinting in transcript, <i>in virio</i>, post extraction and post reassembly, from different preprocessing windows. <br>The files ending <i>wCorrs.csv</i> contains average Pearson correlation coefficients (PCCs) between the reactivity profile for each window with the reactivity profiles generated in all other windows.<br>Files ending <i>wcorrMat.csv</i> shows all the individual pairwise PCCs between reactivity profiles from different preprocessing windows. <br>The primer used, treatment condition, and X-ray exposure time is provided in the label of the files.<br><br>Analysis has been performed using the BoXFP software package.
