Long term (50 year) records for fish occupation in 20 lakes across Alberta

A dataset of lake morphologies, global climate change indicators, and fish occupation records across Alberta, fprr 20 lakes, with time series from the 1970s-2019. For each waterbody, we also include the GPS coordinates.The 1st sheet, lake_species_occupancy, describes the occurence of species at each of the 20 lake, for the given time period. The 2nd sheet, species_characteristics, provides the characteristics of each species identified in the first sheet. The 3rd sheet, lake_environmental_changes, describe the lakes' characteristics, as well as global climate indicators identified around the location for each lake.
