Long term (50 year) records for fish occupation in 20 lakes across Alberta

A dataset of lake morphologies, global climate change indicators, and fish occupation records across Alberta, fprr 20 lakes, with time series from the 1970s-2019. For each waterbody, we also include the GPS coordinates.The 1st sheet, lake_species_occupancy, describes the occurence of species at each of the 20 lake, for the given time period. The 2nd sheet, species_characteristics, provides the characteristics of each species identified in the first sheet. The 3rd sheet, lake_environmental_changes, describe the lakes' characteristics, as well as global climate indicators identified around the location for each lake.本数据集涵盖加拿大阿尔伯塔省20个湖泊的湖泊形态特征、全球气候变化指标及鱼类栖息记录，时间序列跨度为1970年至2019年。针对每个水体，数据集同步提供其全球定位系统（Global Positioning System，GPS）坐标。数据集包含三个工作表：第一个工作表`lake_species_occupancy`（湖泊物种栖息情况表），描述了指定时间段内20个湖泊中各物种的出现情况；第二个工作表`species_characteristics`（物种特征表），提供了第一个工作表中所识别出的各物种的特征信息；第三个工作表`lake_environmental_changes`（湖泊环境变化表），阐述了各湖泊的形态特征，以及各湖泊周边区域的全球气候变化相关指标。
