Clinical and immunological characteristics associated with adverse perinatal outcomes among pregnant people living with HIV

This dataset contains anonymized clinical and immunological data from a retrospective cohort study of pregnant people living with HIV followed at a tertiary referral center between 2006 and 2019. Variables include maternal demographic characteristics, HIV-related parameters (viral load, CD4+ cell count, lymphopenia, opportunistic infections), antiretroviral therapy exposure, and perinatal outcomes, including preterm birth and low birth weight. All data were de-identified prior to deposition to ensure participant confidentiality. Due to the sensitive nature of HIV-related health information, access to the dataset is restricted and may be granted upon reasonable request to the corresponding author. Data access may require approval by the institutional ethics committee and a data use agreement.
